I opted out of that, he let me pick my appointment time to work with my schedule. I got alerts 30 min prior of apt time. He showed up exactly on time. NO PRESSURE, NO UPSALE...He fixed what I wanted him to in a very timely manner and price was GREAT!!! Very knowledgeable, polite... He adjusted the speeds, checked for light leaks around the door edges, and was finished very quickly. He also provided a new 9V battery for the garage door keypad.
